1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 20ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting services available at 20ph.app.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the 20ph platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms apply to all players accessing 20ph from the Philippines, including users in Manila, Quezon City, Cebu, Davao, Makati, and all other regions of the Philippine archipelago. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is strictly not permitted.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use the 20ph platform, you must at all times satisfy each of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or restricted.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of 20ph or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 20ph or mandated by PAGCOR.
• You hold only one (1) active account on the 20ph platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.

20ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a government-issued ID, proof of age, and proof of address — at any time, including at registration and prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to satisfactorily complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the real-money features of 20ph, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 20ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be attributed to you, regardless of whether you authorized that activity.

In the event that you suspect unauthorized access to your 20ph account, you must notify our support team immediately via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. 20ph shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on 20ph. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, household, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. 20ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or bonuses upon detection.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The 20ph platform currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP): GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency methods.

4.2 Deposits

Deposits made to your 20ph account are typically credited in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 20ph does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. Verified accounts in good standing may expect GCash and Maya withdrawals to be processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) may take up to one (1) business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

20ph reserves the right to perform additional identity verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or resolution of any account investigation.

4.4 Currency

The primary currency of the 20ph platform is Philippine Peso (PHP). Where cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are accepted, conversion to PHP for account balance purposes will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. 20ph shall not be liable for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the PHP value of cryptocurrency deposits.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 20ph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, or other incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is communicated to you.

• Bonuses are credited to your 20ph account in accordance with the applicable promotion terms and cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise by 20ph.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash except as expressly permitted by the promotion terms.
• 20ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or technical error.
• Players found to be exploiting promotional terms in bad faith — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies — may have their bonuses voided and accounts suspended.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on 20ph — including slots, live casino tables, bingo, and sports betting markets — operate according to the rules published within each game or market, and in accordance with the technical standards set by our licensed game providers. In the event of any discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail in matters of account management and financial settlement, while game-specific rules govern individual round outcomes.

6.1 Game Outcomes

Slot games and RNG-based table games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Live casino games are governed by the rules of each respective table game as administered by the live dealer. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognized by the sport's governing body.

6.2 Disputed Results

If you believe a game result or wager settlement is incorrect, you must submit a dispute to 20ph customer support within 72 hours of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. 20ph's determination of all disputed game outcomes shall be final and binding, subject to the applicable regulatory review process under PAGCOR guidelines.

6.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, server interruption, or communication error that affects the outcome or settlement of a game or bet, 20ph reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return stakes to the player's account balance. 20ph shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 20ph platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Detection of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your 20ph account.
• Money laundering: Using the 20ph platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to structure transactions for the purpose of concealing their origin.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated arbitrage betting.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, software, or any automated system to interact with the 20ph platform, place bets, or gain a technical advantage over the house or other players.
• Bonus abuse: Attempting to circumvent bonus terms through multiple accounts, fake identities, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to access or use 20ph if you are under 21 years of age, or assisting any underage person in doing so.
• Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your 20ph account, including family members, friends, or paid agents.
• Platform interference: Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the security or integrity of the 20ph platform by any technical means.

8 Responsible Gaming

20ph is committed to promoting responsible gambling and player welfare. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The platform provides a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity.

8.1 Player Protection Tools

Registered 20ph players may access the following responsible gaming tools at any time through their account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your 20ph account.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the 20ph platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications that display your session duration and net wagering activity.

All responsible gaming requests, including self-exclusion, are handled with strict confidentiality. 20ph reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where there is evidence of problem gambling behavior, irrespective of whether the player has requested such restrictions.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 20ph platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, graphics, user interface elements, game content, written content, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 20ph or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 20ph platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 20ph platform without prior written authorization from 20ph.

Any unauthorized use of 20ph intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 20ph and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling outcomes, whether arising from your skill, chance, or technical error.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made in reliance on information or odds displayed on the platform that are subsequently determined to be erroneous.
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors, including delays, errors, or reversals in transaction processing.

The total aggregate liability of 20ph to you for any claim arising under these Terms, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 20ph account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

20ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the Prohibited Activities listed in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Determination that you are ineligible to use the platform under Section 2 (including underage access).
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Detection of technical abuse, use of automated tools, or systematic exploitation of software vulnerabilities.

In the event of account termination for cause, 20ph reserves the right to withhold any balance — including real money and bonus funds — pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established following investigation, verifiable real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Determinations regarding forfeiture of funds will be made in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 20ph account may do so by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to the player's registered payment method.

12 Amendments to These Terms

20ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 20ph will provide notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 20ph platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Where applicable, disputes involving regulated gaming activities may be referred to PAGCOR for mediation or adjudication in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework prior to escalation to the courts.

Nothing in this clause shall restrict 20ph's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.
